Mouse Anti-CD276 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-0237-CN-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-0237-CN-S(P))
This HPAB-0237-CN product is a recombinant mouse IgG1, κ antibody that binds human B7-H3. The anti-B7-H3 antibody was found to be able to bind Hs 700T cells (+++). HPAB-0237-CN-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of HPAB-0237-CN antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
