Mice received a single intraperitoneal injection of D1-8 (2.5 mg/kg) 4 days after infection or 25 mg/kg of oseltamivir, given orally twice a day (50 mg/kg/day) for 5 days, with dosing initiated 4 days after infection. Mice were monitored for 14 days for body weight loss. Mean change in body weight is expressed as a percentage of the baseline body weight. Error bars represent 95% confidence intervals
