Profile of pSer478-Akt2 expression in human blood lymphocytes analyzed by the BD FACSCanto II. Blood cells from healthy patient were fixed, permeabilized and stained with anti-human Akt2-pSer478 FITC (blue, used 10 μl per test) or with an isotype control (black).
