Shows gp120 binding by Fab S8 and S20 HCDR3 mutants Arg95 from S20 HCDR3 was replaced by the amino acids indicated in single letter code. Binding to gp120 and BSA by these Fab mutants, as well as by the unmutated forms and the related polyreactive Fab M025, was then tested in ELISA.
