PAE cells expressing empty vector or MINAR1 were subjected to a matrigel capillary tube formation assay treated with conditioned medium containing blocking anti-Notch2 antibody or control medium.

NES cells were differentiated for 7 days treated with antibody blockade of Notch1-3. Cells were then stained with the post-mitotic neuronal marker beta-III-tubulin (Tuj1) which showed that inhibition of Notch increased the amount of Tuj1 + cells.
