This product is a humanized IgG antibody targeting human vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). This antibody has a good biological activity and can inhibit cell proliferation of vascular endothelial cells, obviously inhibit tumor growth, and effectively inhibit the growth of corneal neovascularization, and can be used for preparing targeted medicines of specific targeting VEGF antigens or angiogenesis inhibiting medicines.

At day 7, corneal neovascularization of various sizes (black arrowhead) were present in the superficial central corneal stroma after alkali burn (×200) and neovascularization containing RBCs in the corneal stroma were indicated with black arrowheads.
