Sales Manager, Engineered Antibody Products
Essential Responsibilities
- Sales of engineered antibodies and related products.
- Relationship and trust-building with new customers to win new business opportunities in monoclonal antibody therapy industry.
- Proficiency in a team selling environment and collaborate cross-functionally for proper utilization of internal resources.
- Operate effectively in multi-tasking and dynamic environment, while maintaining focused and a customer-first attitude.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ph.D. in immunology, cellular and molecular biology, genetics, genomics, biochemistry, bioengineering, or related fields.
- Prior successful field sales experience selling into clinical, academic, government, and biotech.
- Knowledgeable in monoclonal antibody drug development.
- Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and good negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
- Substantial growth experience strongly preferred.
