Introduction
In recent years, there has been a growing emergence of non-traditional forms of antibodies, including bispecific antibodies, antibody fragments, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Creative Biolabs predicts that non-traditional antibodies will gradually dominate the market. Beyond their use as standalone therapeutics, antibodies will play a crucial role in various other treatment modalities. The integration of antibody therapeutics with other treatment approaches is expected to strengthen significantly over the next 5 to 10 years. At Creative Biolabs, the AbPlus antibody magnetic beads product line utilizes our unique nano-surface technology to orientedly coat antibodies onto the surface of magnetic microspheres. Our product offers enhanced antibody binding capacity and reduced nonspecific protein adsorption rates. The elution conditions are more consistent, enabling the one-step purification of antibodies from serum samples with a purity exceeding 90%. These magnetic microspheres are at the nanoscale and feature a significantly large surface area, drastically reducing the time required for antibody adsorption. With proficient handling, the antibody adsorption process can be completed within 30 minutes, and the entire antibody purification workflow can be finished within 1 hour.
