Recombinant Mouse Antibody (8H7) is capable of binding to Anopheline, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO).

AAPPex1–4 was serially diluted and incubated for 1 h with indicated doses of the 8H7 Fab and then applied into the collagen-coated plates. Plate-bound AAPP was detected by anti-His antibody conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.
