Recombinant Rat Antibody to p17. This MAb is cross-reactive between p17 and mycoplasma. This antibody binds strain specifically to the variable lipoprotein (Vlp) F of M. hyorhinis, in the region of the carboxy-terminal repeat.

Results with uninfected H9 controls are shown in the bottom panels. Cells were counterstained with Evans
blue and appear red. Bound antibody was visualized with an FITC-conjugated second antibody and results in green fluorescence.

The number of cells infected after 24 h was counted,
converted to a percentage of the control infection in the absence of
any antibodies, and plotted versus the concentration of the monoclonal antibody present during the infection.
