The antibody specifically binds to influenza A virus expressing neuraminidase which has caused I223R mutation that causes resistance to drugs such as oseltamivir and zanamivir. Since the antibody has a high affinity for an antigen, the antibody can be applied to an ex vivo diagnostic kit, and since the antibody is derived from a human and does not induce an immune response, the antibody can be used for purposes of in vivo targeting and treatment.
