- Binding of 12G9 onto S. citri total soluble proteins was verified by Western blot incubated with periplasmic fractions from transformed E. coli cells. The S. citri metabolism inhibition test was performed in 96-well microtiter plates. The recombinant antibody (80 μg/ml) suspensions were distributed in SP4 medium.
