Figure 1 presents the results of binding of different concentrations (1 µg/ml, 2.5 µg/ml, 5 µg/ml and 10 µg/ml) of 8C8 mAb to cells stably expressing human WT LSR protein, cyno WT LSR protein, mouse WT LSR protein, human Skip4 LSR variant and cyno Skip4 LSR variant.
