The recombinant human monoclonal antibody was generated via phage display screening. This antibody reacts with cyno LSR expressing HEK293 cells and demonstrated CDC activity as measured by flow cytometry.
Figure 1 shows that anti-LSR human IgG1 antibodies demonstrate CDC activity against HEK293 expressing LSR.
HEK293 cell lines expressing cyno LSR (Cyno LSR Hek) or GFP (GFP MT Hek) were incubated with antibodies against LSR or isotype controls hIgG1 (ET901) or mIgG2a (Mopc173), in the presence of complement, and viability measured after 1 hr to assess % CDC activity.
Figure 2 shows FACS staining of anti-LSR antibodies on HEK293 cells ectopically expressing LSR.
