  • The GFAP antibody has been reported in applications of Western Blot, Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay, Immunohistochemistry.
    WB: following the separation by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) using NuPAGE Novex 4–12% Bis–Tris gel, semi-dry transfer onto Hybond-C and Western blotting were carried out using the Xcell II blot module. Before the immunochemical reaction, membranes were blocked in a 4% skimmed milk solution. Immunoblotting of membranes was accomplished with VHH (VHH A10 1 μg/ml, VHH E9 and VHH E3 0.1 μg/ml), and revealed by anti-His-tag 1:1,000 followed by peroxidaselabeled goat anti-rabbit immunoglobulins 1:10,000. Finally, peroxidase activity was visualized using a chemiluminescent kit.
