PE-A*02:01/HCV NS4B (VLSDFKTWL) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC422)

This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of HCV-derived peptide of VLSDFKTWL sequence covering 1992-2000 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes human CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
