Mouse Anti-Anti-HIV-1 antibody Recombinant Antibody (clone 1F7); Fab Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-0005-YJ-F(E))
This product is a recombinant mouse Fab Fragment that recognizes human anti-HIV-1 antibodies. The 1F7 antibody is an anti-idiotypic antibody that is specifically reactive against at least three human anti-HIV-1 antibodies of differing specificities, and non-reactive with human non-HIV antibodies. It can induce apoptosis in HIV+ samples, and none of the HIV- control Samples. Mab 1F7 is useful in the diagnosis and the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection and the symptoms of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS).
