Human Anti-CRD4-MR Recombinant Antibody (clone H11) (CAT#: VS-0623-WK30)
The antibody clone H11 was produced by immunizing with recombinant CRD4-MR protein. Anti-CRD4-MR antibody #H11 bound to CD206high macrophages.It can be used for detection of human CDR4-MR in ELISA, WB and FC assays.

Macrophages were double stained with PE anti-CD206 mAb and APC anti-mesothelin antibody (K1) after differentiation with IFN-c/LPS and 72 hr co-culture with OVCAR3 cells (B). Blocking conditions included anti-CRD4 MR scFvs #G11 (C) and #B2 (D). As negative control, CD206low macrophages were labeled with isotype control antibodies (A).
