This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes GA. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. It can be used in WB, ELISA, IF.
Figure 1 Immunofluorescence staining analysis of kidneys from 8- to 10-wk-old BALB/c mice following administration of anti-GA mAbs.
One milligram of anti-GA mAbs E5-1 (A), H3-9 (B), and G1-12 (C), and control Ab (mouse IgG1) (D) were injected into BALB/c mouse tail veins. The fluorescence intensity of individual samples was mild (1+) in E5-1, moderate (2+) in G1-12, and moderate-severe (3+) in H3-9 with both mesangial and capillary loop staining in a granular pattern.
