Recombinant Human Anti-SARS-CoV-2 S1 Antibody (clone CV2.3194) (CAT#: VS-0723-XY3)
This product is a human recombinant antibody binding Spike S1 protein of SARS-CoV-2. Cv2.3194 demonstrated a broad activity, neutralizing not only VOCs Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta, but also BA.1 and BA.2. The IC50 value of Cv2.3194 to S-Fuse is 8.8 ng/mL. Cv2.3194 also had the highest binding and spike-ACE2-blocking capacity to BA.1 viral proteins by ELISA.
