ADS-J1 was used as a positive control. After native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the gel was visualized using a transillumination UV light source to reveal the bands containing C34-FITC, including C34-FITC alone (line 2), N36/C34-FITC complex (line 3), and N36/C34-FITC/P20 complex (line 5).
