Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (N6) (CAT#: MRO-125LC)
This product is a recombinant human anti-HIV-1 monoclonal antibody (N6). N6 specifically binds to gp120 and can be potentially used in the treatment studies of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), a condition in humans characterized by clinical features including wasting syndromes, central nervous system degeneration and profound immunosuppression that results in life-threatening opportunistic infections and malignancies.

Although VRC01 and VRC27 did not bind X2088, N6 bound it strongly. Unlike the other CD4bs antibodies tested by ELISA, N6 bound to CD4bs mutants: gp120 D368R and gp120 resurfaced stabilized core 3 (RSC3) Δ371I-P363N
