Recombinant Human Antibody Fab Fragment clone C beta 1, which is specific to HIV-1 gp120. The chimeric mouse-human antibody (C beta 1) recognized the principal neutralizing domain (PND) of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) gp120. C beta 1 neutralized cell-to-cell infection and cell-free virus infection by HTLV-IIIB.
