FZD9, part of the 'frizzled' gene family, mediates Wnt signaling, linked to Williams syndrome through chromosomal deletions impacting developmental receptor pathways in cells like those in the brain. The anti-FZD9 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000).
