ACT
ACT is a 177kDa protein toxin, consisting of four sequential domains: the catalytically active N-terminal adenylate cyclase (CAT) domain, the central hydrophobic (HP) domain, modification (Mod) region carrying two acylation sites K860 and K983, the C-terminal repeat-in-toxin (RTX).
