This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of HCV-derived peptide of GLQDCTMLV sequence covering 2727-2735 and A*0201 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes human CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
