A*0201/Human Leukocyte Proteinase-3 (VLQELNVTV) MHC Tetramer
CAT#: MHC-LC704
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of Leukocyte Proteinase-3-derived peptide of VLQELNVTV sequence covering 169-177 and A*0201 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes human CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction hydrolysis of proteins, including elastin. This enzyme is present in polymorphonuclear leukocyte granules.
