Recombinant Rabbit anti-CPM monoclonal antibody for WB, IHC-P, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

High Quality IHC-P
This Hi-Affi™ rabbit antibody clone DS782AB gave us superior results in immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections. It specifically detected CPM expression in our tissue samples. The recombinant technology used for its production ensures high specificity and sensitivity, which we clearly observed in our imaging data.
Reliable Western Blot
We used this antibody for Western blotting to study macrophage differentiation markers. It detected the Human CPM protein accurately. The Protein A purification resulted in a very pure product (>95%), and the results were clean and reproducible across multiple experiments.
