Effective Neutralization In Vitro
We used clone CBL593 to neutralize the bioactivity of mouse IL-28B in our cell culture experiments. The antibody was highly effective, allowing us to dissect the role of Ifnl3 in antiviral defense mechanisms within epithelial tissues.
Specific Rat Monoclonal
This rat monoclonal antibody is very specific for mouse Ifnl3. We used it for Western Blot analysis and obtained clean bands, confirming the expression of interferon lambda 3 in our samples. The purity (>95%) is excellent for sensitive assays.
