BV421-B-FIV21/Gallus gallus HBA1 (GHAEEYGAETL) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC1381)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of HBA1-derived peptide of GHAEEYGAETL covering 20-30 and B-FIV21 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- Hemoglobin is the iron-containing oxygen-transport metalloprotein in the red blood cells of all vertebrates (with the exception of the fish family Channichthyidae) as well as the tissues of some invertebrates. Hemoglobin in the blood carries oxygen from the respiratory organs (lungs or gills) to the rest of the body (i.e. the tissues).
