Recombinant Anti-Ang2 × Anti-VEGFA Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L003)
Recombinant Anti-Ang2 & Anti-VEGFA Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-Ang2 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for VEGFA. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG, and therefore it can be cleared from the blood naturally at a faster rate. This BsAb is capable of inhibiting signaling of their cognate proangiogenics and a combined blockade of them has a greater inhibitory efficacy compared with inhibition of either factor alone.It was designed for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma.
