Recombinant Anti-B cell lymphoma 38C13 Idiotype × Anti-CD44 Bispecific Antibody (Fab₂) is composed of the Fab of the anti-B cell lymphoma 38C13 Idiotype monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for CD44. A linker is added between the two Fab. The BsAb can block 38C-13 cell adhesion to hyaluronic acid and inhibit lymphoma cell dissemination. It was designed for the treatment of B lymphoma.
