Recombinant Anti- B cell lymphoma BCL1 Idiotype × Anti-FcγRI Bispecific Antibody (Fab₂) is composed of the Fab of the anti- B cell lymphoma BCL1 Idiotype monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for FcγRI. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb can retarget of macrophages/monocytes to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of B lymphoma.
