Recombinant Anti-CD19 × Anti-CD64 Bi-specific T-cell engagers (BsFab) (CAT#: BSAB-L024)
Recombinant Anti-CD19 & Anti-CD64 Bispecific Antibody (BsFab) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for CD64. A stable thioether linkage is formed between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG, and therefore it clears from the blood naturally at a faster rate. It was designed for the treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
