    Recombinant Anti-CD28 × Anti-MUC1 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CD28 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for MUC1. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb can retarget of T cells to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of Bile duct carcinoma (BDC).
