Recombinant Anti-CD59 × Anti-CD38 Bispecific Antibody (CrossMab) has been generated by applying the Crossmab format to generate an IgG shaped entity that binds each ligand with one arm. This BsAb can retarget of complement to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of B-Cell Lymphoma.
