Recombinant Anti-CD7 × Anti-saporin Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L080)
Recombinant Anti-CD7 × Anti-saporin Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CD7 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for saporin. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG, and therefore it clears from the blood naturally at a faster rate. This BsAb can be used in pretargeting system and deliver immunotoxin to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia .
