Recombinant Anti-CD8 × Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L065)
Recombinant Anti-CD8 × Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CD8 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for CD3. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb is capable of targeting the tumor and recruiting T effector cells via binding to the CD3 subunit of the T cell receptor complex. It was designed for the treatment of ADIS.
