Recombinant Anti-CEA × Anti- Ad fiber knob(Tandem Diabody) is a bispecific fusion protein with four binding sites, two of which bind to antigens of one kind of cells and the other two to the other kind of cells. This BsAb can retarget of adenoviral vectors to tumour cells.It can be used in cancer gene therapy to transfer a therapeutic gene into tumour cells aiming at selective and efficient cell killing.
