Recombinant Anti-CEA × Anti-DTPA Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L075)
Recombinant Anti-CEA & Anti-DTPA-In Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CEA monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for DTPA. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG and therefore it can be cleared from the blood naturally at a faster rate. The BsAb can be used in pretargeting system of PET, radioimaging or radiotherapy. It can mediate targeting of radioactivity to tumor cells. It was designed for the imaging and treatment of CEA-expressing tumors.
