Recombinant Anti-CEA × Anti-nido-carboranes Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L076)
Anti-CEA × Anti-nido-carboranes Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CEA monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for nido-carboranes. A linker is added between the two Fab. The BsAb can be used in pretargeting system of PET, radioimaging or radiotherapy. It can mediate targeting of nido-carboranes to tumor cells. It was designed for the imaging and treatment of colon carcinoma.
