Recombinant Anti-FcγRI × Anti-CD30 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-FcγRI monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for CD30. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb can retarget of neutrophils to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) .
