Recombinant Anti-FcγRI × Anti-HER2 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-FcγRI monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for HER2. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG and therefore it clears from the blood naturally at a faster rate. This BsAb can retarget of immune cells to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of breast cancer.
