Recombinant Anti-FcγRI × Anti-MHC class II Bispecific Antibody (Fab₂) is composed of the Fab of the anti-FcγRI monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for MHC class II. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb can retarget of immune cells to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of B cell lymphoma.
