Recombinant Anti-FcγRI × Anti-malaria antigen Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L044)
Recombinant Anti-FcγRI × Anti-malaria antigen Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-FcγRI monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for malaria antigen. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb can deliver malaria antigen to professional antigen-presenting cells (APCs) including DCs or to NK cells through Toll-like receptors (TLRs) to optimally harness innate immune responses. It was designed for the treatment of Malaria.
