Recombinant Anti-FcγRIII × Anti-FcγRIIB Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-FcγRIII monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for FcγRIIB. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb is capable of cross-linking of FcγR to activate neutrophils and mediating an important cellular response. It was designed for the treatment of Various tumors.
