Recombinant Anti-FcγRIII × Anti-HER2 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L014)
Recombinant Anti-FcγRIII × Anti-HER2 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CD16 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for erbB2. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG, and therefore it clears from the blood naturally at a faster rate. This BsAb can retarget of NK cells to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of breast, ovary, colon, and lung cancers.
