Recombinant Anti-GLUT2 × Anti-CTLA-4 Bispecific Antibody (CrossMab) has been generated by applying the Crossmab format to generate an IgG shaped entity that binds each ligand with one arm. This BsAb is capable of targeting the tissue and recruiting T effector cells via binding to the CTLA-4 of the T cells. It was designed for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma.
