Recombinant Anti-HER2 × Anti-CA125 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L052)
Recombinant Anti-HER2 × Anti-CA125 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for CA125. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG and therefore it clears from the blood naturally at a faster rate. It was designed for the treatment of ovarian cancer.
