Recombinant Anti-HER2 × Anti-FcαR Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for FcαR. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb can retarget of immune cells to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of Breast cancer.
